Use the following methods to find your ideal measurement:

Method 1: First, using a ring in your possession that adjusts correctly to your finger, measure the internal diameter of the ring in millimeters (mm). Then, use the table above to find your measurement (or the closest to it).

Method 2: Find any type of string and wrap it around your finger. Mark the meeting point. Then, stretch and measure the string with a ruler. Use the table above to find your "mm" (or the closest to it) in the "Circumference" column.
